Justin Bieber may have felt his decision to wear overalls and a backward baseball cap when meeting with Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper on Friday was worthy of a “Lol,” but after the look was dubbed “white trash” by several websites, the singer stood by his outfit choice.

Bieb’s was awarded the Diamond Jubilee Medal, which is given to Canadians who have made a significant contribution to their homeland.
