Transporting stolen goods

Police in Georgia have arrested a Boaz man they say brought stolen property from Alabama into Georgia in June. Allegedly, 31-year-old Michael Chad Stevens brought a lawnmower stolen from Cherokee County to a Bowman Road location on June 1st and a Polaris Razor stolen from Fort Payne to the same location on June 30th. Stevens is charged with two counts of felony theft by bringing stolen property into the state and two counts of felony theft by receiving stolen property.
