Another round of storms is on the way. The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for north Alabama, including Marshall and DeKalb counties. Scattered thunderstorms are expected to move into the state late tonight, ahead of a strong cold front. Some of the storms could become strong with winds up to 40 to 50 miles an hour. They’ll become more widespread starting mid-morning tomorrow with damaging winds, large hail, locally heavy rainfall and the possibility of a few brief tornadoes.
