Albertville company sued for discrimination

An Albertville company is being sued by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for allegedly violating federal anti-discrimination laws. The suit contends that the project superintendent and a supervisor at one of Olympia Construction’s work sites in Selma harrassed three African-American employees by using racially derogatory language, including the “N” word. After the employees complained to company owners and officials about the harassment and told them that they had contacted the EEOC, Olympia Construction fired them.
