Man Who Killed Alabama Judge Set To Die

Attorney General Jeff Sessions says the U.S. will give up custody of a man who killed an Alabama judge. Walter Moody will be taken from a federal prison and handed over to the state of Alabama so he can be put to death Thursday. Moody killed federal judge Robert Vance back in 1989 by sending a bomb to the judge’s home. Moody is the oldest inmate on death row in the state — he’s 83.
