  • Creating A Legacy Through Planned Giving 

When: Wednesday, August 27th, 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Where: Hospice of Marshall County Community Room

  • LAUNCH Program Open House

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the Launch coordinator and counselor and learn more about the Launch Youth Services, a career development program. The event is catered by The Cupboard Restaurant and Bakery.

  • 28th Annual Mule Day

When: Sept. 1st
Where: Ider Town Park
Mule and draft horse pulls, antique tractor show, arts and crafts. Parade starts at 9:30 a.m. A donation of $2 at the gate is suggested. All activities are held in and around Ider Town Park located off of Highway 75 at 183 Sweet Gum Road. Pets are not allowed inside of the park.   • Women’s Self Defense Class

Hosted by the Albertville Police Department. Must be at least 16 years of age, anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian present.
